When placing your order, you can select the locker from which you will pick up your package.<\/p><p>Your order will be processed within 2\u20133 days, and delivery to the locker you selected takes 1 business day (business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding official holidays).<\/p><p>When your package is placed in the locker you selected, you will be notified via SMS or email (messages are not sent to mobile phones between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM). The package will remain available in the locker for 48 hours (including non-business days and hours). You can extend this period by 24 hours via the BOXNOW website.<\/p><p>You will receive a reminder message at least 8 hours before the parcel\u2019s storage time in the locker expires. Consumer\u2019s name, Consumer\u2019s address, Date<\/li><li>The products must be in the condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original, intact packaging, along with all documents that accompanied the products. You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.<\/li><li>The consumer must return the products to our office address, or use the BOXNOW service for this purpose, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which they notified us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase. The consumer is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, which is estimated at approximately 2 euros per package when using the BOXNOW service.<\/li><\/ul><p>In such a case, the refund to the consumer, including the cost of the initial shipping and delivery of the order to them, will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we are notified of the consumer\u2019s decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged any costs resulting from the refund.<\/p><p>Notwithstanding the preceding provision, additional delivery costs need not be refunded, particularly if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offered. Finally, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until the consumer provides proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.<\/p><p><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/p><p>If any or all of the products we sent you are different from what you ordered, you may return them within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, with no shipping charges.<\/p><p>A basic condition for the return is that the products must be in their original condition, in their complete original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice for the purchase.<\/p><p>To return a product, please send us a message with all the details to <a href=\"mailto:contact@filoiparkon.org\">contact@filoiparkon.org<\/a>.<\/p><p>If the returned product has been damaged or worn due to the customer\u2019s fault, or if its value has been diminished by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, our company will assess the value of the damage and the extent of the depreciation.
