Payment Methods
Our online store, www.filoiparkon.org, offers the following payment methods:
1. Bank transfer
– After placing your order, please transfer the payment to our bank account:

Please note: be sure to include your order number and full name as the payment reference so we can match the payment to your order. Your order will be shipped once the funds have cleared in our account. If the amount is not paid within 3 business days, the order will be canceled and the products will be released
Please note - additional charges:If the deposit is made from another bank, the transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer and not of the Friends of Hellenic National Parks. As soon as we deliver your package to BOX NOW, you will receive an email/Viber message/SMS with the payment link.
You can pay either from your computer or directly from your mobile phone using any of the available payment methods, such as: Apple/Google Pay, Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer, IRIS, etc.
The additional fee for this service is 1 euro..
Shipping method and cost
Shipping method
Products from the online store are shipped via BOXNOW. When placing your order, you can select the locker from which you will pick up your package.
Your order will be processed within 2–3 days, and delivery to the locker you selected takes 1 business day (business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding official holidays).
When your package is placed in the locker you selected, you will be notified via SMS or email (messages are not sent to mobile phones between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM). The package will remain available in the locker for 48 hours (including non-business days and hours). You can extend this period by 24 hours via the BOXNOW website.
You will receive a reminder message at least 8 hours before the parcel’s storage time in the locker expires. If you do not pick up the package in time, it will be transferred to the BOXNOW facility, where you can pick it up within five (5) days; otherwise, it will be returned to the store.
Shipping Cost
Products from our online store are shipped only within Greece.
The shipping cost is 2 euros (parcel collection from a BOXNOW locker).
For orders of 30 euros or more, shipping is free.
Product Returns
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles 3e, 3f, 3g, 3h, 3i, and 3j and Annex I of Law 2251/1994, as currently in force, the consumer has the right to withdraw, i.e., to request cancellation of their order, within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving the products, and to receive a refund.
For this to occur, the following conditions must be met:
- The consumer must have previously contacted the address contact@filoiparkon.org and explicitly stated that: “I hereby notify you that I am withdrawing from my contract for the sale of the following goods […name of good(s)…] received on […date…]. Consumer’s name, Consumer’s address, Date
- The products must be in the condition in which they were received, unused, and in their original, intact packaging, along with all documents that accompanied the products. You are only liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- The consumer must return the products to our office address, or use the BOXNOW service for this purpose, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which they notified us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase. The consumer is only responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, which is estimated at approximately 2 euros per package when using the BOXNOW service.
In such a case, the refund to the consumer, including the cost of the initial shipping and delivery of the order to them, will be made within 14 calendar days from the day we are notified of the consumer’s decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method the consumer used for the original transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that the consumer is not charged any costs resulting from the refund.
Notwithstanding the preceding provision, additional delivery costs need not be refunded, particularly if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offered. Finally, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until the consumer provides proof that they have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Returns
If any or all of the products we sent you are different from what you ordered, you may return them within fourteen (14) calendar days of purchase, with no shipping charges.
A basic condition for the return is that the products must be in their original condition, in their complete original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or invoice for the purchase.
To return a product, please send us a message with all the details to contact@filoiparkon.org.
If the returned product has been damaged or worn due to the customer’s fault, or if its value has been diminished by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products, our company will assess the value of the damage and the extent of the depreciation. The corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total refund amount.
